Quarterly Impact Report: May - July 2025

👥 Pastoral Care in the Spotlight!

💬  Attendees said:

“It allowed individuals to express themselves and talk about how they are feeling”; “It taught us to be confident and assertive – to never give up”. 100% of respondents said the workshop would improve their workplace wellbeing and workplace communication"

Our launch and our very first Pastoral Care workshops at North West Region NHS International Midwifery event in June 2025... Wow, what a turnout! Over 100 attendees joined us to explore their journey, pastoral care challenges, career development and what support they need to thrive.

All attendees were provided with our free Mini Thrive Guide, to support their career development, communication & resilience!

🤝 Collaboration Magic

Kinari had a great first quarter for collaborations – partnering with ZIMNA-UK and linking in with organisations such as TresaCare who work in a similar space. We have made great connections with some of the recruitment hubs for displaced carers, such as SESCA, to allow us to signpost individuals to their services.

Kinari has become a member of Social Enterprise UK and also a member of Trust4London’s Employment Legal Advice Network, allowing us to build our teams knowledge and our capacity to offer support and advocacy.

💻 Courses and Preceptorship

💬  Feedback:

One Nurse (who had applied for over 200 jobs before becoming part of our displaced carers initiative) told us “I wish I had known you six months ago, I would have been a Band 6 by now!”

Our team have been working away HARD in the background creating resources for an exciting preceptorship programme for care home nurses! We hope to be able to release some of our resources as open source, to engage with more care organisations and also allow our displaced carers to benefit.

We’ve been able to support some Nurses with CBT and OSCE preparation, registration and interview preparation.

📊 By the numbers!

3 workshops delivered on pastoral care & leadership to midwives in North West Region (100 attendees), plus two listening events held in Liverpool and London and a webinar (40 attendees).

150+ carers supported via our displaced carers initiative (chat support and webinar)

Over £2000 revenue generated from service delivery and courses (keeping us on track).

2 new partnerships signed.

Stories that inspire

Jane, an international nurse from Australia who signed up for our CBT course in July has passed her CBT first time 💖. She will shortly be signing up for our online OSCE course and is exploring the options to travel to UK to sit OSCE.

“Hey! I passed the CBT 😊 so glad to have been able to complete the Kinari course and thank you for your help! Next stop – the OSCE…”
