Online Courses – Refund Policy
At Kinari CIC, we are committed to delivering high-quality, accessible, and impactful online learning experiences. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund policy for our course participants.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

Self-Paced Courses (e.g., CBT/Preparation for Nursing Practice/Educational subscription):

A full refund will be provided if requested within 7 days of purchase and you have not accessed the course content.

For educational subscriptions you can cancel at any time and no further payment will be taken.

Live or Instructor-Led Courses:

A full refund will be provided if cancellation is requested at least 72 hours before the first live session.

No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the course start date or after the course has commenced.

2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

If course materials have been significantly accessed or downloaded.

If a refund request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase (for self-paced courses).

If the course was purchased during a promotional offer that clearly stated "non-refundable".

If the participant fails to attend or complete the course without prior notice.
3. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original method of payment.
4. Course Cancellations by Kinari CIC
If a course is cancelled by Kinari CIC for any reason, all participants will be offered:

A full refund, or
-
The option to transfer to a future course date at no additional cost
