Refund Policy

Online Courses – Refund Policy

 

At Kinari CIC, we are committed to delivering high-quality, accessible, and impactful online learning experiences. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund policy for our course participants.

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Self-Paced Courses (e.g., CBT/Preparation for Nursing Practice/Educational subscription):

    • A full refund will be provided if requested within 7 days of purchase and you have not accessed the course content.

    • For educational subscriptions you can cancel at any time and no further payment will be taken.

  • Live or Instructor-Led Courses:

    • A full refund will be provided if cancellation is requested at least 72 hours before the first live session.

    • No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the course start date or after the course has commenced.

 

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • If course materials have been significantly accessed or downloaded.

  • If a refund request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase (for self-paced courses).

  • If the course was purchased during a promotional offer that clearly stated "non-refundable".

  • If the participant fails to attend or complete the course without prior notice.

 

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email us at info@kinariedu.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Course name

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for your refund request

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original method of payment.

 

4. Course Cancellations by Kinari CIC

If a course is cancelled by Kinari CIC for any reason, all participants will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer to a future course date at no additional cost
